We deliver to all UK mainland addresses, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. We do not deliver to PO Box number addresses.

Standard Delivery - £3.99 via Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked 

Place your order before 3pm Monday to Friday and we'll deliver it by 8pm within 3 working days. Please allow a further 1-3 working days for AB postcodes, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. All purchases can be fully tracked, so we'll send you a tracking link for your order.Please note that our delivery service WILL  be affected over bank holidays and during sale periods. No Deliveries are made on Bank holiday Monday.

Next Day Delivery - £7 via DPD 

Place your order before 3pm Monday to Sunday and we’ll deliver it by 8pm the next day, excluding bank holidays.Please allow a further 1-2 days for AB postcodes, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. A signature may be required.

Business Address & PO Box Deliveries

Deliveries requested to non-residential addresses, or houses with multiple occupants, are made at the customer’s own risk and Nelly’s will not accept liability for any loss or damage incurred.
