We hope that you are delighted with your purchase however if for any reason you need to return an item.
All items should be returned new and unused, with all original tags intact and with the original packaging within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. Any authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags provided as part of the original packaging should also be returned. Returns that are damaged, soiled, worn or altered will not be accepted.
All goods must be returned in perfect condition along with proof of purchase. The following items purchased are exempt from refund or exchange, unless faulty.
Shoes
All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box. Shoes that are returned without their original packaging or with marks may not be accepted.
Please be super careful when trying on your Nelly’s items! Its best to try on without make up, tanning products, body lotions and deodorants etc. and in a odourless environment.
Unfortunately, any returns which are found to have any staining and/or odour on the garment and/or missing/detached tags cannot be refunded.
Please only return items that are in original and re-saleable condition.
Please make sure that the item/s you are returning securely packaged and watertight and cannot get damaged whilst in transit.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.
If returning footwear, please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product.
We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
All refunds are offered at the discretion of Nelly McCabe’s IFB.
Nelly McCabe’s reserves the right to refuse the refund of any item we suspect has been washed, worn or used.
Postage costs are non-refundable.
